In 1919, Law No. 7 was passed for the Ministry of Transportation appropriate the railways, telegraph, telephones, postal authority, ports, and road and air transportation. وفى عام 1919 صدر القانون رقم 7 بإنشاء وزارة المواصلات التي تشمل السكك الحديدية والتلغرافات والتليفونات ومصلحة البريد ومصلحة المواني والطرق والنقل الجوى.
